Still want to lose more weight, this 1 lb a week is tough to handle. I suppose its good I am losing. I can feel my body changing, and soreness. I guess I gotta keep on, and perhaps step up the intensity.
120.0 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 36.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
