Another rough week: my brother's wedding, multiple long drives, and exercise-suppressing weather combined with a weak resolve to do me in. No excuses this week. Drop below 200!
93.5 kg Lost so far: 15.1 kg.    Still to go: 16.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks! I knew it was going to be a tough week. Just didn't realize how tough. And it serves as a "slap in the face" reminder that once I hit that goal (and I _will_ hit it), I need to frequently monitor and make adjustments to keep myself healthy.
