Looks like I'm getting closer to my usual maintenance weight! I lost 2.2 lbs from last week's weight. It's great that my weight seems to hover within a small 5 lbs range, which means I must be doing something right!

I tried my new treadmill twice since last Saturday (30 min. each time), plus I did some Zumba at work during lunchtime on Monday. Pretty much like an aerobics class (which I don't really like), because I have a hard time following what the instructors and everybody else are doing, but the music was nice and I felt somewhat satisfied.
69.7 kg Lost so far: 9.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
Losing 1.0 kg a Week

Agreed with you about Zumba! I do like classes but the simple ones, where I do not feel I need to take dance classes before going to the gym! Treadmill/running is always a great alternative ;-)
