R1P4 - So finally today I see a good result from my 2 fasting days!
B12 injection and my values are:
BF = 22.5%
BMI = 20.4 %

56.2 kg
Lost so far: 5.7 kg.
Still to go: 3.9 kg.
Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
