Fasting all day and gaining weight can be very disappointing! But I think my body is just retaining the food I had last night due to the fast.
It can work against the weight loss I guess...or my dinner was too late at night too.
Let's see after today.
57.7 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
