Thank you everyone! It's the power of protein!! I can't believe I broke 220 (been trying since 2013) Suddenly I feel so skinny LoL !!! I couldn't have done it without you guys! I feel on top of the world! Really feels good, my kids were wondering why I kept screaming "I broke 220!!" Yay!!!!!!!
