Wow, a 4.2 lbs weight gain! I guess I ate too much crap!
I have to admit I ate less healthy than usual (McFlurries at McDonald's, fast-food style pad see ew, rotisserie chichen), but I have been really lazy since the Easter holidays. Anyway, it is much easier to gain weight than to lose it!
I also need to finish my treadmill set up (I have not finished assembling it) so I can get some exercise!
