I have been away from FS for a while but during my absence I had an awesome spring and summer keeping fit by riding my bicycle. I have found a new passion and just absolutely love to ride! I completed my first back roads metric century ride(65 miles) and now I am looking forward to doing a full century next year! I belong to two riding clubs and have started to lead rides. Fall is here, winter close behind and the holiday baking will begin.... so I need keep track of what goes into the mouth.

Nov 3, 2010 I weighed 174.4
Nov 2, 2011 I now weigh 172.2

I am thinking that is not too bad since I know that I have much more muscle now than I did a year ago before I started cycling. I also feel a lot stronger and healthier today!! However, more work needs to be done so lets see how many pounds I can take off this winter :)
78.1 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 12.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
