Still slacking...been working out but not eating well
83.0 kg Lost so far: 18.6 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.6 kg a Week

Remove all of the "not good" food from your house. If it's not there to tempt you then you wont eat it :) You'll get back on track.
