Bad days. It's been stressful. Bad stress eating habit comes back. Also not sleeping well and too tired in the morning to exercise. I have to double down and get back into the swing of things.
78.9 kg Lost so far: 29.9 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 4.0 kg a Week

I know the feeling . When I'm stressed out I just want to go to bed and sleep not do anything. But yesterday I went for a walk and I only had one soda the whole day and I really want to make a change in my life. I want to feel better about myself. So I hope that this will be a new start for me. don't give up

You are preaching to the choir my brother. This is the time when you must really get something accomplished it will help bring you back to your center. A little thing like walking to the corner and back. Instead of driving somewhere today. Get on your bike and ride your cares away. Please don't worry about yesterday it's gone and you will waste today worrying about yesterday. Tomorrow has yet to arrive so for today put your best foot forward and move from there. Love and Gratitude are sent to you today.
