And too much salt this week catches up with me. :-(

Today I venture off to get a FitBit to start getting more active. I've decided upon a Fitbit Zip because I've heard that tracks most accurately, especially if you don't move your wrists much (and I won't be as I plan to start using a treadmill surf desk). What do most FatSecret members use for activity tracking? Have feedback on the Zip?

I'm excited to gadgetfy and quantify my activity. Hopefully it will make moving around more fun. I need to maintain muscle as I lose wait and tone up.
