I had way too much bad food yesterday, weekends are always bad for me...
56.6 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Why not meet with a friend and play tennis or some other sport? Doing that may lessen your cravings for bad food and you lose extra calories. It doesn't have to be a hard workout, just some fun with friends (it also reduces your stress level).
