Feeling good, leg soreness after walking 3 miles. Cutting it back to 2 seems to fix it. Hope to add bicycles to the mix soon. Diet is going well, worried about the upcoming holidays and dieting.
121.1 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 37.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
