Woo Hoo! First time I have seen under 230 in a long time. Again, too much going on Saturday. Had to work out late at night. Wasn't too bad, but because of the intensity, tossed and turned all night.
104.1 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 17.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
