Great day! My actual starting weight was 266.8 so I lost nearly 8 lbs in first week. (I tried to figure out how to fix my initial weight, if anyone could help, pls let me know) I have to say WW was a good choice for me. I have not been hungry, and the fact I can eat fruit any time is great. Thank you all for the encouragement!
