Watching my sugar intake is keeping my blood sugar levels low and I've been able to reduce my insulin. The weight loss seems to accelerate this. I don't know if it's the cause or the effect but I'm still liking it!
123.1 kg Lost so far: 11.2 kg.    Still to go: 34.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.6 kg a Week
