R1P3 - Day #12
I am so happy this morning to see that my weight didn't move! I was expecting at least 1lb more with all my yesterday food, great.
I took another B12 injection this morning and I'll try to behave with my cravings and portion control.
56.2 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I was extremely hungry this morning, I hope it's just because TOM is coming and my Binge Eating disorder is not sporadically appearing
