Crazy but I'm thinking to be aroun 141 lbs by June, staying away from the fried stuff is paying off. Eating trail mix during the day stops me from craving the fried fats lol trick to this thing I think. Pretty soon biking season yay
66.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Try drinking water 20 minutes before the trail mix. I found my snacking went way up when I drank less water and while trail mix is probably better than anything processed, it usually contains a lot more calories than most snacks (unless you are super active :))
