Weight spike despite 5.5 mile hike seems attributable to cheese on lasagna last night. Drinking plenty of water today, as usual, so weight should drop back by tomorrow or Friday.
76.7 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
