R1P3 - Day #7
my weight didn't change today, regardless my 500gr of Greek yogurt and cocoa powder!
It's amazing on how easier it gets when you remove starch and sugar (carbohydrates) from your diet!
Today I took a B12 injection to keep my fat moving.
56.1 kg Lost so far: 5.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
