After several days of 0 weight loss and now up .8 without any cheats I have redone my keto calculations and my RDI to calories 1250- carbs 20 - protein 95 - fat 88. lets see how this goes.
76.2 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
