Well I am back to 175 in weigh on weigh in day. But hopefully having my period is behind this so hopefully a good week of sticking to the diet will produce a loss week.

79.4 kg Lost so far: 31.8 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
