Ugh.. no more cheating! At least not til next weekend. I've done enough cheating lately and it isn't getting me anywhere. By next Wednesday, my goal is to weigh in at 146. I can do it!
66.8 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 7.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
