I am feeling great! The pounds just keep dropping off. I am so glad I stuck this out through my plateu! I could have let it beat me, but I am now 5 pounds lighter than I was then! I made a disgusting meal tonight. My hubby couldn't even eat it and I stomached it, but barely. I saved the left overs hoping it will taste better after setting in the fridge all night. It was orange chicken and yuck! I am deleting it from my recipe book right now!
58.1 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
