Hopefully, I'm out of the 140 pound range. I quit counting calories. I was finding myself obsessing and eating more. It was like "Oh I have another 200 calories that I can eat, I better eat some more of those awful girl scout cookies because I have a deficit for the day!"

I definitely feel good still eating raw and organic foods whenever possible. Love love coconut oil in my coffee/tea!
62.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Girl Scout cookies are the devil for diets! Last year I bought a bunch of Samoas and was ticked off that the boxes had gotten so small, but now I think that's a mixed blessing!
