I've been stressed. so I'm assuming that's part of not losing anything. still the same weight for like 5 days . the baby is getting molars and eye teeth at the same time. .... 3 teeth... so he doesn't sleep anymore.. that means neither do i. my eyes are burning.... dropped my husband off at the airport at 6 am. he should be landing up north... now actually.......... I've been doing the intermittent fasting.... but it seems that when that started that the weight loss stopped. again it could be the stress but my life will always be stressful, that won't stop and probably won't get better so I need a way around this cortisol crap... seriously you'd think I'd be used to all this.... on a side note, whoever rang my doorbell and woke up my finally sleeping baby could really use a swift kick in some choice places.......
105.7 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 37.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Unfortunately Cortisol not only makes you stall, but it also makes you fatter. Take "Prednisone", it is synthetic Cortisol, which is why people gain weight when taking it. Once Cortisol levels are high, they need a physical outlet...not meditation or chamomile tea, you need a way to use the sugars that Cortisol just pushed out for you to use.

{{hugs}} You're being too hard on yourself. If IF isn't working for you, switch things up. Plateaus are normal--just hang in there through them and don't get too frustrated. Think about the soothing things you're saying to your frustrated, stressed, hurting little man--and then say some version of those things to yourself. FS love. <3

and my dear kpwcalories.... your sweet words definitely help. put a smile on my face already.... I called a baby gym and signed up for Mondays and another gym for Wednesday. . this will get me and the baby on more of a schedule. routines can sometimes help stress cause it takes the guessing out. ... it should help him sleep too... I've being doing free weights and stuff on and off all day... whenever my brain starts up... it's been helping. thanks to the three of you for the support when I really need it. it's definitely noted.
