I knew it! Yesterday I had so many cravings all day...ate too much and drank too much coffee...
I can't even tell clearly about my ketones, only some traces.
I hope today is a better day for my diet...
58 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
