No change is a good change (for over the weekend) Remember I'm weighing myself Monday (to see how I did over weekends) and Friday (to see how I did over the workweek). This was the first Monday that I didn't gain over the weekend. Woo Hoo I start the workweek off without having to try to lose the past weekend gain off. I'm so excited!!! Striving for the 151 mark. . .
