Today I've between small and moderate Ketosis, just thinking that the fat on me is getting less and less...maybe that's why my ketones are less in traces.
57.8 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 5.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
