Rough day yesterday – wife had some stomach pains and we spent most of the day in/out of doctor’s offices trying to figure out what was going on. They are still not sure what it is, but have ruled out most the most serious issues and given her some pills for the pain. I have missed my workout today, but will try to make it up this weekend.
