R1P2 - VLCD #24
No HCG injection today either, I'm on +4 moderate Ketosis this morning and I'm planning on taking my Calcium & Potassium as well as a B12 injection of 20IU. Hopefully I won't feel weak or dizzy today without my HCG.
59.4 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 7.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
