OK so like in a day I lose 5 lbs? I'm so confused... On the high note, I really am liking this non sweetened protein powder! I don't mind the "floury" taste but now I'm wondering why I don't just use something like chickpea flour or something? Anyway it's a thought. At least I get a protein boost in the AM.

Losing 13.3 kg a Week

When you lose big overnight, it's mostly water weight shifting. Protein pushes water out of our cells making it look like we are losing big, lol! But a loss is a loss, so yea!
