Well I have been a hermit all winter and as usual the winter has took it's toll. So It's about time I start trying to get back in shape and stick with it. So here goes.
Sorry for disapearing off here for so long. It's been a busy time.

After reviewing my past weigh in history i see at least I did not slip to far back. That makes me happy. :) I can do this!
87.1 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
