I log my job as housework because of all the running around i do some nights it can busier then others. Tonight I started at 7p and ran for the whole first 4 hours and only sat long enough to do some charting. I dont mind the busines as long as i can keep up with it. Hopeful tfor the rest of the 12 hrs things will be a little more quiet. :)
73.9 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
