today I've a +4 moderate Ketosis
no weight loss though, I hope tomorrow will be better. It was a tiring day yesterday for me...maybe that's why.
60.5 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
