Been on a plateau and finally started edging down a bit. I'd love to hear how others deal with plateaus and keep a positive disposition traveling through them.
63.2 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Measuring yourself is a good one. I've experienced quite a bit of plateaux on this journey, and each and every time it was no loss on the scale but lots of loss on inches. One time I lost close to 3" in my waist while the scale wouldn't move. Wrist, fore arm, upper arm, neck, waist, hips, thigh, calves, ankles. You will have your answer that will keep you positive.

3 months stuck. gain 2 lose 2 over and over. I started fasting. On day 3 and down a pound...finally!

These are difficult!! Have been battling the same thing. Believe it is you body adjusting. Stay motivated, know that your efforts will show results.

Plateaus can be frustrating. Non-scale measurements, changes in how you feel/look/fit of clothes can help with encouragement. Try changing something up with diet or exercise or both. Get your body out of what has become the routine.
