Just following my 216gr protein/80gr fats/162gr carbs plan...
I'm watching calorie intake and fasting when called for. No exercises as of yet, Today that,changes! I want to gain muscle too! So joined a gym. :D
79.4 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.5 kg a Week
