I just weighed myself and i know i lost 2 lbs. i started drinking more water but i ate poorly today i had a mcdonalds fish filet meal but barely ate fries i think they are gross. i did opt the soda our for water till i got done shopping then i bought me a 20oz mello yello and a cpl candy bars. i need to learn how to channel the stress from my ex husband to some other thing after the visit. i make a commute at least 1 time a month 30 minutes away. so he can have supervised visits. sorry i got off track a little bit. i want to be able to lose this weight. i am also getting ready to start some new exercises m-w-f hoping to do othere exercises on the days i dont work out and run outside to see if that helps.eating healthier is on my list too.

The one thing that I found helped me ..more than anything you have to do this for you alone . Always make the day a positive one . Do not let him see how much life is getting to you .show him what he is missing , by picking yourself up , dust yourself down & you start to LIVE AGAIN .

its not that i want him back its just the fact that he nitpicks at my 6 year old daughter and refuses to allow her to do anything on her own. in fact im with someone else. i feel my daughter deserves to be treated with respect not like shes a baby and cannot do anything on her own
