I consider this weight maintaining. Considering all the crap I've been eating all week for my birthday, I'm doing extremely well.

A few more days to flush out the salt, water, and oil retention weight, and I should be back on track. ^_^
60.2 kg Lost so far: 4.6 kg.    Still to go: 1.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
