Looks like I'm back on track. Ran into some issues today, though! Accidentally left out my slow cooked chicken and veggies, I wasn't able to record the calories due to forgetting to write down measurements, and it was too late to save it. So I thought I'd make something to eat at which point I found the water had been turned off! (Apparently some type of repair was being performed?) Makes it hard to cook if you cannot use water!

Ended up eating a chicken sandwich and McDouble instead of lunch and dinner. So I cheated a little but it was under less than desirable circumstances.
125.9 kg Lost so far: 31.9 kg.    Still to go: 12.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
