I was not feeling well so I didn't get my pound down, but didn't have a gain, so that's good. Today, I started my day with a workout, but felt weak and didn't do as well as I normally do. I'm thinking I'm still recovering from not feeling well. Oh well, I can try for the loss next week. No more being glum, I'm feeling better today, so I am going to get my exercise in the rest of the week and I will see that loss next week.
61.2 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Don't worry about not losing another pound. As you said - as long as it doesn't go up, it'll slowly get to where it needs to be :) The slower you go, the longer it'll last later on! Yay on feeling better today!
