So, has anyone ever literally died from a leg day before? Because I did a good leg workout last night for the first time in a long time, and everything hurts. I could possibly be dying. Death by leg day.

I think I am on day 9 of the Whole 30, and I feel like I've been doing this foreverrrrrr. I am doing better emotionally and physically. Technically you arent supposed to weight yourself on the Whole 30, but I really hate not weighing myself. I know numbers don't always mean something, but its always a push in the right direction knowing I have progressed.

Yea, you know you had a good workout when you go to the bathroom and it hurts to get up, lol! You will be fine. Some stretching and keep going.
