Up bright and early (well, at least it was early) this morning. Easy walk for 30 minutes. Down another 1/2 lb. That puts me at exactly 21 lbs. so far, and on-track to victory. Enjoying above normal temps this week, which provides ample oppotunity to stay active outside. Got home from work and doctored up a can of low sodium spaghetti sauce with some green peppers, onion and garlic salt, jalapenos. Put it over angel hair pasta. Didn't take much to fill me up, and at least it ended up tasting better than Chef-Boyardee. Spent a couple hours down in the workshop; almost time for bed. I'll consider this a pretty successful day.
105.9 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 19.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
