My friend and I have a goal to lose a certain amount of lbs by Christmas. My goal is 24 lbs. That seems reasonable if a healthy weightloss is 2 lbs a week.
We're going to check in with each other every Friday to see where we stand. Any ideas what to do as a reward if we both reach our goals?
97.3 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 20.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
