I am soooooooo surprised that I lost half a pound!
I'm working out, yes, but I am so happy to be eating vegan food again that I am snacking like a maniac! One of my goals right now is to better my eating habits. I want to stay vegan, drink coffee black no sugar, and limit snacking, especially after 7pm. Actually, I want to stop eating after 7pm altogether and turn to tea in times of need. I'm just listening to my body. I really thought I was going to yo-yo up. I am taken aback!

Now off to a 2 mile job followed by a glutes workout. :) I'm back in the game!
