Working on not having any grains in the morning. Early morning cardio and weights in the evening. fasting 12 hours at night. This is my winning formula.
119.7 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 15.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.0 kg a Week
