WOO HOO!! 10 lbs gone in less than 20 days. Hopefully optimistic that at this rate, I might reach my goal by March.
105.7 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 31.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
