over the last month I've gotten pretty serious at the gym. weight spiked up for a while but seems to be dropping again. not worried about my actual weight anymore since I'm more focused on exercise and toning up.
53.2 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
