Well I'm new to this app but so far so good. a friend suggested I try this app as it helped her lose over 20 pounds..... well I need to technically lose 100... so I have a long way to go. my first goal is 25 pounds though.
I've been eating low a low carb, no refined sugar, no processed food style diet.

I wish my husband was more supportive ... he is eating a damn twinkle right now.... and holding chocolate. lovely.
113.4 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 10.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
