Well the scale is going the right way but wished it was going faster. Always the problem with weigh loss. I missed a week of weigh ins over the holidays but I had gone back to 180 and have worked my way back down this past week. It was tough over holidays with all the baked goods!

I was hungry this week trying to stay very strict on Aktins which was unusual but I do believe I need cut down on calories in order to loss weigh at this point. Its much harder to lose weight at this weigh then when I started last year. But I am hoping to get to 70 pounds lost by the end of next week. I mark the beginning of my journey at 245 (Although I think it was probably higher!) That was where I weighed in first.

Hope everyone had a wonderful start to 2016!
